I am working with a leading company in the financial services sector, who specialise in providing a tailored customer service experience nationally. They have an extensive market presence and are looking to take their marketing operations to the next level, by hiring a Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist.
This person will optimise and develop their marketing automation initiatives, with efficient campaign and customer journey execution. This person will ensure a seamless experience that reflects the consumer's needs and personalisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimise automated marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and journey builder workflows.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
- Segment data develop personalised strategies using SQL, data extensions, other tools.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for email deliverability and customer.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SFMC, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for data segmentation, personalisation, and email customisation.
- Ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and optimise campaigns based on insights.
- Experience managing marketing automation projects, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in additional Salesforce products Sales Cloud and (Data Cloud will be a bonus).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator) are a plus.
