Steadman Brown have teamed up with a Global Investment Bank who are putting together a brand new Salesforce team! This business have just rolled out Salesforce across their large platform and are searching for talented Developers to join them.
Our client are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer who has a clear focus, and skillset within Salesforce DevOps. This person will initially get the DevOps practise up an running and then maintain the tooling/environment. There will also be the need to code with Apex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help set up the DevOps practise for the Salesforce team, then maintain the environment going forward whilst working on Salesforce Development.
- Utilise Gitlab.
- Work on the development of complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain high coding standards through regular code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, operating a package based approach.
- Experience with CLI (command line interface).
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Development tools, such as Apex and Lightning Components. Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
