I am working with a boutique Salesforce Partner head-quartered in the UK who work with some huge household names on multi-cloud implementations and have their own internal Salesforce practice, they are now looking to expand their South Africa team in Cape Town.
I am seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their Salesforce Practice, You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customise and configure Salesforce applications to align with business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customisations and integrations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with data migration and data modeling in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) is preferred.
