I'm working with a global tech business who have Salesforce as their trusted CRM, Their projects cover multi-cloud implementations as well as working on some niche Salesforce products. They are also bringing on the best tech to do this including Agentforce and plans for Data Cloud in 2026.

They are looking for a Salesforce Administrator experienced in declarative configuration, managing users, profiles and permissions, as well as building and maintaining a range of Flows and automations within Salesforce. You will be focused on supporting the day-to-day running of the platform, improving existing processes, and helping deliver new functionality across core Salesforce including Sales and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform including user management, profiles, permission sets and data maintenance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain declarative solutions including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields and page layouts.
  • Support the ongoing improvement of Salesforce processes across Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Provide support and training to users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining declarative Salesforce solutions including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields and page layouts.
  • Experience supporting and improving Salesforce processes within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience providing user support and delivering training to help drive Salesforce adoption across the business.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
