I am working with the hottest Salesforce partner in the UK, who has now grown to a team of 80 professionals, they have built out multiple internal teams working across multiple workstreams for some of the largest clients in the UK.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be working on the full end-to-end project lifecycle from the initial requirement gathering sessions to the hands-on delivery of configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Consultants to scope out projects, gather requirements, and document what is needed.
- Writing user stories and assigning these to the development team.
- Getting hands-on with the configuration of Salesforce solutions.
- Post-implementation training and support with the users.
Experience & Qualifications
- Must Have a University Degree of a 2.1 or Higher.
- 2+ years of hands on configuration with Salesforce Sales or Service Clouds.
- Previous experience gathering requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Apex/LwC is highly desirable.
- Offering training and support for different clients.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
