I am working with a Salesforce Summit Partner, who focuses purely on enterprise-level projects, with the whole Salesforce team based in the UK. They have now grown to an 80+ Salesforce Partner and are looking to expand even further.
The Alliance Manager will be responsible for cultivating, managing, and growing our strategic alliances with Salesforce and other key partners, driving mutual business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at Salesforce and other ecosystem partners to support business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy, focusing on expanding opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem and driving mutual success.
- Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and content development that drive demand.
- Oversee partner onboarding, ensuring partners are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to effectively sell and implement Salesforce-based solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a partner or alliance management role, preferably with Salesforce or in a Salesforce-focused ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships and driving measurable results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
