Our client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can enhance the way they use Sales Cloud and help drive their commercial success.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for all things Salesforce. You will manage, maintain, and optimise the Salesforce environment, ensuring sales teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to close deals and grow revenue. This role will be very hands-on with the daily configuration and automation of the Salesforce platform, working closely with internal teams to make impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including user management, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and flows. 
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. 
  • Build insightful dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the business. 
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage release updates, sandbox testing, and system integrations. 
  • Champion Salesforce best practices and support user training and adoption.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a tech or fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong expertise configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud Hands-on experience with Flows, automation tools, dashboards, and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and user experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
