We are currently partnered with a leading UK business that provide a nationwide service to thousands of people. Salesforce drives this service within the business, with them utilising Service Cloud primarily alongside Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud. Agentforce is on the roadmap for the near future too, with the business looking to utilise AI for a more streamlined customer service.
Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team, focusing on the daily configuration, automation and optimisation of the platform. You will play a vita role in ensuring that Salesforce is able to continue delivering across the business, and you will work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement changes where necessary alongside the internal developers and occasionally their implementation partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on with the daily configuration of Salesforce.
- Working primarily across Service Cloud.
- Automate processes by building Flows.
- Work closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to implement ongoing fixes and enhancements.
- Take ownership of Salesforce support tickets, demonstrating both technical know-how and strong customer service skills.
- Manage data loading and transformation using Salesforce Data Loader.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Excellent experience configuring Salesforce Service Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge and ability to build flows.
- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with Salesforce Data Loader and handling large data volumes.
- Experience with Salesforce environment refresh and data back-ups.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and system optimisation.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
