We are currently partnered with a returning client who are growing at a steady pace, and with that growth they are also expanding their Salesforce team. As a business that are highly regarded as one of the best in their field, they need an experienced Salesforce professional to ensure that Salesforce is able to continue delivering to the highest standards. This position is located in the London area and will require office attendance 4 days per week.
As the Salesforce Administrator you will be hands-on daily to configure the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, working closely with multiple internal teams across various departments to gather their requirements, building and providing solutions within Salesforce. You will be part of the wider Salesforce team and will need to be comfortable working collaboratively as well as alone within your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on with daily Salesforce configuration Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements.
- Build solutions to improve Salesforce across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Automate business processes through the use of flows.
- Evaluate existing 3rd party applications and provide insights into new products that may be of benefit.
- Build proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase new product capabilities.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent experience working across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to automate business processes through Flows.
- Experience speaking with internal teams to gather requirements from key stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to the improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and equally as effective working alone.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
