- We are proud to be working with a globally famous organisation who are looking to hire a Senior CRM Manager to have complete strategic management of thier CRM enviornments, globally, and lead the realignment of the Salesforce instances.
This leading company have 5 Salesforce orgs, they are looking to hire a Senior CRM Manager who will have full responsibility for these orgs and the two Salesforce Administrators working on them.
The CRM Manager will be responsible for reviewing and leading the strategic redesign and realignment of the Salesforce orgs. This will include significant stakeholder management, solution design, development of training material, managing adoption and managing third party partners.
The CRM Manager will also be hands on with the Salesforce org.
Required skills and Experience- 5+ years Salesforce experience
- Experienced working with multiple Salesforce orgs
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- An experienced Solution Design expert
- Excellent knowledge of the full capabilities of the Force.com platform and Salesforce products
- Excellent Salesforce customisation and configuration skills
- Apex/Visualforce development skills highly desired
- Salesforce certified
