- We are working on behalf of a major company in Bedfordshire, who are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator.
This organisation are a globally reconsigned company. Salesforce is a key internal system to them and thanks to further investment, they are looking to expand their Salesforce environment and delivery team.
They want to hire a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the day to day running and management of the environment. This person will become their Salesforce CPQ owner too.
Your Responsibilities:- Partner the CRM manager to implement new Salesforce functionality
- Work closely with the CRM manager to implement Salesforce CPQ
- Be the go-to person for all Salesforce support and administration queries
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and system champions, to extract, gather and translate business requirements
- Design, build, demonstrate and deploy new Salesforce functionality (customisation and configuration)
- Create and maintain functional documentation
- Create and deliver end-user training
- 2+ years Salesforce administration experienced
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a complex Salesforce environment, with multiple integration points
- Experienced working with Salesforce Sales cloud
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, or other CPQ tools - highly advantageous
- Salesforce ADM201 certified
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytically minded
- Salary between £35-45k dependent on experience
